Joanna Wong promoted to Assistant Professor at University of Calgary

On Monday, July 3rd 2017, CMASLab Alumna Joanna Wong has started her work as Assistant Professor within the Department of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering in the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada. We wish her all the best and great success with building her laboratory and with her research.

Prof. Wong obtained her PhD in Mechanical Engineering at CMASLab in 2011 and returned to our chair in 2014 as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Team Leader of the Composite Materials and Processing group.

At the University of Calgary, she will continue to research engineering materials with a focus on thermoplastic composites.
