Risso, Giada
Doctoral Student
Giada Risso obtained both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mathematical Engineering at Politecnico di Torino, focusing her expertise on math applied to mechanical problems and she wrote her Master's thesis at Technische Universität Darmstadt in the Institute of Structural Mechanics. During her studies she started approaching research with an experience at the Basque Center for Applied Mathematics.
She also took part in the Alta Scuola Politecnica double degree program with Politecnico di Milano and meanwhile she collaborated at the multidisciplinary DREAM project (DRone tEchnology for wAter resources and hydrologic hazards Monitoring).
Now, at CMASLab, Giada is working in the field of adaptive structures focusing on anisotropic conformable geometries.
