Kusch, Filippo

Filippo Kusch obtained both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at ETH Zürich. During his studies, he gained practical experience working for various university projects, developing the CLF-3DCarb system for the in-situ consolidation and printing of high performance carbon fiber reinforced polymers. Next to his studies, he worked as mechanical engineer in the industry for 9T Labs in Zürich. He worked at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena as visiting student researcher, where he also concluded his studies writing his Master's thesis about the "Simulation and testing of additive manufacturing processes for space applications".
