Kölbl, Michael

Michael Kölbl obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Science at TU Munich and graduated with a Master’s degree in Advanced Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College London, focusing on bio-inspired hierarchical composite materials under supervision of Dr. Soraia Pimenta. After completing his studies, Michael Kölbl gained professional experience as technology consultant with Accenture in Vienna and is now conducting a PhD at the Composite Materials and Adaptive Structures Lab in the field of adaptive structures and morphing skins.
