Testoni, Oleg

Oleg Testoni was born in Como in 1991. Before completing his Master’s Degree at the ETH, he studied aerospace engineering at the Politecnico di Milano and took part in the Erasmus Project at the Universität Stuttgart. During his studies he specialized in composite materials and lightweight structures and wrote a Master’s thesis entitled “Concept and Preliminary Design of a Composite Monocoque for an Electric City-Bus”. His doctoral research investigates the employment of adaptive materials in variable stiffness structure for vibration damping. In his spare time he likes to learn German and French and to practice sports, especially touring on his mountain bike.
